For interior photography, a subject photo series is created that can convey the features of planning and design, functional and aesthetic organization of the interior space of offices, buildings and structures. The main technical problem in interior photography is the extremely wide range of object brightness, from brightly lit window openings and light sources in the frame, to deep shadows. In this regard, interior photography has two main methodologies - with backlighting with additional light sources (usually combined with replacing standard light sources with weaker ones), or using HDRI technologies. Both techniques allow you to show details in the shadows, which is very important for interiors with high contrast. The first technique is more laborious and expensive, since each frame requires an individual scheme, for the creation of which you have to move the studio light in the interior space. The second technique makes it possible to work faster on the day of photography, but assumes the absence of moving objects in the frame and a significant post-processing time. The most interesting are the techniques that allow you to mix the light of a given interior with an additional one. However, this requires a detailed understanding of the retouching methods from the photographer already at the shooting stage. Those. mixing electric interior lighting and light from windows or studio flashes, which have a high color temperature, implies that the photographer knows in advance how he will be able to "combine" into one image frames obtained using different types of lighting. For indoor photography, wide-angle lenses are used, as well as fisheye lenses with a 180-degree angle of view. Such lenses distort space, so the image requires additional computer processing.Separately, we note that an interior photograph of an advertising nature can have various customers.

Accurate information

These can be, for example, realtors or interior designers. In the first case, it is appropriate to create general shots and wide-angle views. In the second case, it is more logical to divide the interior into zones and show the harmony and thoroughness of the creation of each zone, only hinting at the intersection of these zones.Architectural photography is used by organizations engaged in the construction of buildings, repair and decoration of facades, as well as by other organizations to form or maintain an image. When creating a picture, it is necessary to take into account the time of the year and day, weather phenomena. In the process of creating architectural photography, problems arise with distortion distortion of buildings. To minimize distortion, it is necessary to move away from the subject, equal to two heights of the subject, which is rarely feasible in urban conditions and indoors. It is also possible to use a special tilt-shift lens. There is also an option for correcting distortion using software methods.
